Don’t Box Me In was born out of a vision to advocate for, inspire, and uplift inner-city youth especially those impacted by justice involvement, displacement, and underserved environments. We are dedicated to helping youth navigate mental health challenges, discover self-love, and channel their pain into power through positive expression and purpose.
Inspired by the life and discipline of Gregory Gladney Jr., whose passion for boxing embodied focus, resilience, and heart, we use the principles of boxing to teach mental strength, emotional control, and life discipline. Gregory’s legacy reminds us that growth begins within, and that every young person deserves the opportunity to fight for a better future with the right tools in their corner.
Through mentorship, movement, and mental wellness, we equip youth to rise above the systems that try to box them in, become productive leaders, and give back to the communities that raised them.
We’re not just breaking boxes we’re building disciplined, healed, and empowered champions.
Let’s continue to spread love, uplift one another, and hold each other close. In times like these, support means everything. A kind word, a prayer, a gesture of love—every bit makes a difference. 💛
